The site describes individual financial-planning consultations and tailored engagements focused on major life transitions. It is informational marketing—not a trading platform or guaranteed-results channel.

3. No advice on pages alone

Content here is general. Personal advice requires a signed engagement letter, know-your-client steps, and scope agreed in writing.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the inquiry form (spam, unlawful content, automated scraping that impairs the service). We may block abusive traffic.

5. Intellectual property

Text and layout are owned by the operator unless attributed otherwise. Photographs are used under licenses recorded in our internal build records.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from reliance on website copy alone. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be waived.
