Refund policy

Effective date: 7 October 2026
Proposed terms—pending business confirmation where noted below.

1. Paid services covered

This policy applies to paid introductory consultations, planning packages, and follow-up sessions arranged with Core Beacon Financial Planning Co., Ltd. Fees are quoted in THB before payment.

2. Cancellation by you

• More than 72 hours before a scheduled session: full refund of any prepaid fee, or free rescheduling once.
• Within 72 hours: up to 50% refund of the session fee; proposed pending business confirmation.
• No-show without notice: no refund; the full session fee may be charged.

3. Cancellation by us

If we cancel, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no extra cost.

4. After work has started

Custom planning deliverables are partially non-refundable once research and drafting begin. If you halt an engagement, fees for hours already worked and third-party costs already incurred are non-refundable; unused prepaid balances are refunded within 14 business days, proposed pending business confirmation.

5. How refunds are paid

Refunds return to the original payment method where possible. Bank transfers within Thailand typically settle within 7–14 business days after approval.

6. Rescheduling

One free reschedule is included when requested at least 48 hours ahead. Additional changes may incur an administrative fee if proposed in your engagement letter.
